Cancellation policy.

Sometimes, life gets in the way. Here's our policy and what to do if you can't attend on your booking date.

Up to 60 days before the event.

 

Up to 60 days before, just shoot us an email, social media PM, or jump on the contact page. We'll issue a full refund to the card you paid from, minus our banking costs.

Alternatively, you can transfer your booking to a friend at 100% of face value.

 


Less than 60 days, more than 10 days before the event.

So at this point we've already paid in full for the track, and most of the expenses of holding the event. We can't issue refunds anymore at this point, but we can transfer your booking as a credit towards a future event of your choice. Contact us to find out what to do.


Less than 10 days before the event.

7 working days is our absolute catering cutoff for most events, which means we've already committed and paid to book the track, the meal/s, the staff- 100% of the costs of providing your entry. At this point we can no longer provide any refunds or credits- sorry! But please contact us, because there's always a chance we can transfer your booking to someone else who might otherwise have missed out. Win-Wins are sometimes possible!
